Each station runs off a standard outlet. Ask your venue or planner which outlets are near the cocktail area, the reception room and the entrance, and where a station can sit without blocking guests or vendors.

Also ask the venue about delivery times, access rules and any vendor requirements. Include them in your quote request so CityCharge can plan delivery and setup.

Floor plan and fleet sizing

CityCharge sizes the fleet to your guest count and floor plan. Send the guest count, the rooms or spaces in use and the layout if you have it, so CityCharge can recommend where stations go.

Setup and support

CityCharge delivers and installs each station in about 30 minutes and handles maintenance and guest support for the full run. Neither the couple nor the venue staff has to manage the equipment.

Station screens can run event creative, and branded wraps are available as an add on.

Returns at the end of the night

Guests return power banks to any CityCharge station. Include your reception end time and the venue's teardown window in your quote request so CityCharge can plan the close of the event with you.

Event charging is quoted for the event, based on guest capacity and the planned setup. Quotes depend on guest capacity, duration, fleet size, branding, delivery, setup and support. Send the date, venue, attendance and branding needs so CityCharge can size the fleet and prepare a quote.
